Samuel joined Jordan Law, LLC in May 2021 as an intern. He began practicing with Jordan Law in December 2021.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Samuel graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Sports Business and minors in Business Administration and Marketing. He immediately attended law school at Valparaiso University School of Law upon graduation. He transferred to Salmon P. Chase College of Law located at Northern Kentucky University in Spring 2014, where he completed and earned his Juris Doctor in December 2015.

Samuel sat for and passed, the Missouri Bar Examination in February 2016. However, he continued his career in higher education serving as an academic advisor at Northern Kentucky University. Samuel then became the Assistant Director of the student-athlete academic center at Purdue Fort Wayne (formerly IPFW) and eventually became an Assistant Athletic Director at the institution.

Samuel decided it was time to make a career change and accepted an intern position with Jordan Law in May 2021. During that time, he worked closely with the other attorneys at the firm in criminal defense and family law matters. During this time, he studied to sit for the Indiana Bar Examination in July 2021. Upon passing the Indiana Bar Exam and being sworn in, Samuel began taking clients in December 2021.
